Surcharges / fees:

• cancellation fee for cancellation of the transfer of more than 48 hours before the transfer is 10% of amount of reservation per direction; less than 48 hours before the transfer, the cancellation fee 100%
• Request for cancellation or rebooking serve in person, by phone, in writing or email to info@izijet.sk for cancellation is an important time of receiving the reports
• Fee for the modification of the ordered transfer (date, time) is  10% of amount of reservation  more than 48 hours before the transfer; less than 48 hours before the transfer of change can not be implemented.
• Waiting at airport terminal fee on another place that standard  boarding place at the airports  15€ ( for another that included boarding places General information about boarding/pick up places )
• Surcharges for a waiting for a delayed flight more than 120 minutes is 15€ for each started 30 min - needs to order by phone at +421945454548
